I, NeonSturm of the Alethians, bring to you today a fine offer. Based upon my reputation from the old world I wish to bring you my building services. I wish to offer the following:

The offer of building, one item, medium or small, with large building to be under special consideration and conditions.
OR
The offer of building one redstone-operated item, medium or small, with large items being taken under special consideration and conditions.

The offer to build either of the above at the buyers' specifications, or to offer a prototype plan to be agreed to by the purchaser.

Payment is requested to be the offer of lodgings and food, and access to strong tools, iron or higher is ideal. A good stock of building materials is also requested to help the build move quickly.
Tips in the form of Diamonds may also be appreciated if one finds they are pleased with the results of their builds!

My friends, I have received offers similarly already upon the announcement of my entry into Hermertia. I shall go ahead and list the in order of receiving. To these people and responding thereafter, I offer the above to you.

Contract Request Form:

I, Samaia Almandine, hereby request that the Alethian contractor NeonSturm, to carry out as they see fit, the creation of a sea-faring vessel of medium size, of Alethian design. (comparable to the vessel it will be built next to) within the County of the Valyrian Shipyards, the Duchy of the Ilmenite Coast, Kingdom of Perth.
I shall leave the design of it entirely up to you. The only caveat
being that it is moored where marked!

Materials, tools, supplies and accommodation will be provided by the contractor.

Your price, if you wish to add anything to it, shall include several master-crafted Valyrian style work tools.

I hereby offer this contract to you in the hopes that we can share our cultures and learn of our distinct styles.

If you would like to post a screenshot of the area and co-ordinates of the location you wish it to be built upon, perhaps with a view of the current ship for size estimates, that would be ideal! I'm also happy to accept any tools you offer to assist with the creation of your ship.

Nicholas, I will queue your order and send you a prototype when it is ready!
