Seeing as you were interested on the discord, i'd like to give you your first vote. You need 60% of the High Council, and each King has 2 votes on it, and each Duke has 1 vote on it. So you need 4/7 votes from that. Myself, Scrios, Siden Aethemora and Delon are all current High Council members.
