Lore:

Established by Count Alexander Stark in 00-02 after he was granted independence from the Chairman of the GRHH, the County of Arahn grew and became a cosmopolitan place for many cultures and natives. Soon, son of Alexander Stark, Albus Stark, developed the county more and asked for council permission to partition his lands into the counties of Arahn and Serva. His request was granted. With this, Albus Stark formed the Grand County of Laghima. Following foreign disputes (The Enderdragon Crusade), Darius Stark put his own attention to internal development of Laghima and it's cities, such as Arah, Mismizul and Sersa. In 01-01, Darius Stark claimed a 3rd county north of Arahn.

After becoming a Grand Duke in 01-02 A.I. Cycle of the Phoenix, Darius Stark claimed three counties and organized them into the Duchy of Vulca.

94% Imperial Mercurians, 6% Native Mercurians. Within the group Imperial Mercurians exist Isilians, Pyrencians, Ostrons, Karsites and more.

Mizery:

A village established long before Imperial settlers arrived, it was home to a small population of 3,000. Alexander and Albus Stark gave small funding to the Native Mercurian settlers and they expanded the village into a town. Urban sprawl developed after other settlers flocked to the town and built a small mining industry in the outer parts of the town.

Barus:
Barus was a village named after Barus Odera, the Karsite that negotiated the migration limits with Laghima. Barus developed into a military outpost when the town was annexed by Laghiman Count Darius Stark.

Xande Fishing Village:
Xande Fishing Village is a small village on the Xande Isle. The village is home to local families that have lived there for dozens of years.

Vahna:

Originally Vahna was an overnight camp created by Vahnic Explorers assisting in the transportation of 834 Karsites back to Laghima, but eventually many explorers returned to the camp and slowly developed it. As Vahna was built on the entry to the Karsidian frontier, it became home to many active explorers and retired ones. Eventually the settlement reached cityhood and was a prominent settlement within Laghima.
