Ealdorman Mark Accynnafon II has issued a Halig Sccipun: Vessels and individuals from the GRHH are no longer permitted access to Östron ports, trade facilities, or markets. If further action is taken by the GRHH, an automatic blockade of all GRHH territorial waters shall be enforced without further warning. |
