I'm hiring someone to photoshop/artisticate my county crest. I'm pretty much artistically devoid of skill and photoshop/comupter design illiterate. I do have a design in mind, and will be in communication with whoever desires to help. I'm willing to pay in a manner of ways, whether it be supplies (i'll need time to gather them) or services.
