Along the western coastal border of Dawnstar, in the slightly more temperate regions, warmed by the nearby sea, a new Perthian Architectural styled village has sprung up, as a small port for passing shipping vessels and transport boats.
Founded by the ambitious Rae Tarragon, Paprika had the first of it's structures built up around 598 A.I. and has been steadily growing as a more high class settlement with luxurious villas dominating the riverbanks.
