Ave, upon this glorious eve of being elected by my peers as the vitally important Minister of Hermertian History, it is my intention and goal to have completed these not unreasonable tasks. They will require input from you, the community (that means everyone! ) to complete, as much as I know, i do not know the minutia of everything. Samaia's to do list in order of feasibility and ease to complete/do: Basic Lore details for each person and each County - Idea here is to have a significant amount of lore ready for transference to the new Library when its made available. I'll post a basic template and you can all fill out details here. Dont skimp! Spend a bit of time on it. Important Persons Tab - This is my favourite thing about our lore and history. We can show it to new applicants, and also gives us an easy access look at current skins, ages, and areas someone has. Library Functionality - Atryl will be working to get this online at some point, I trust his skills and abilities. We can populate it with the aforementioned character and land info we have gathered above. Old World Functionality - This will no doubt be a crowd pleaser, as soon as Kyn gets back, we can hopefully get it to work again. Our lore can include the re-(re-)linking with the Old World again. All of this would certainly be helpful to me! As a new comer to this vast and old Empire, I find it difficult to have an overview of the world as well as figure out who some people are in relation to the land and each other. Additionally, I could deduct some elements of history but I'm overall quite ignorant. I will be sure to fill in your template with care. It may be the only thing I can help with, but it shall be done conscientiously. |

Thank you. As you say, its good for new people to understand who everyone is and where they came from. The Old World has even more history than our current one. |

I think doing a census would be really cool as well. That could be part of the basic lore details plan. |

What sort of details should we include on the census ? We've got a lot of things covered in that other thread in the minstry at the moment, could take data from there? |

I believe I have covered the points of functionality of providing each character their own lore sheet and accompanying pictures, providing some back story in the absence of a library. The other points on the to-do list were unaccomplishable due to the lack of library from our benefactor, and the lack of Kyn being around. |
