lore off: Hello fellow hermertians! I am finally able to put time on my builds, and I want to ask you a favor. My main settlement Avatarati needs help growing, I want it to be a city with many houses and buildings, this is a daunting task. So if you want to build a house, a guild hall, a store, etc. you are more than welcome to come! I will provide the building materials (the area has huge spruce trees, oak forests near, and I have made a cobblestone generator along with a deep mine) You will be credited for your build (obviously) and you will also be declared "friend of Avatarati"

If you want to build something, just PM what are you going to build and the aproximate area (doesn't have to be very precise, since I have plenty of land)

A foreign office within another Realm overseeing sale and orders of Cherry Wine and Cherry wood exports from Dawnstar would be most profitable. I'll be along shortly with a small delegation of traders. Count me it!

Let me know where you'd like one and i'll build a small office and have some trees on the outside the garden (Cherry trees of course!)

Had a little chitchat with the boys and got a discription on how to get there. It will take a few days on my part. I want to finish my Fast Travel first, since it takes quite some time to get to the next Fast Travel Point for me. Looking forward to seeing some pictures of the place to decide what I could build there to add to your great settlement.

Get those pictures up of where to build Irulan! I want to come contribute!
