To all the Leaders and Peoples of the Empire,
My apologies for the long delay in between the updates about my health, and if it has caused any trepidation, great or small. I wish not to excuse myself, only to provide an explanation for my sluggishness such that there be no doubt as to my motivations. After awakening from my comatose state, I wished to release a statement immediately, but thought better of it – for neither my doctors nor I were certain that my good health would last. Thus, I decided that I would stay myself until I had returned more fully to good health.
In receiving this letter, know that I have. I have heard many rumors about the manner of my recovery, and thank the ever imaginative minds of Hermertia for the diversion they have provided me. Though my body may not be as agile or strong as it was before, my mind is, and I will continue my work as the Chairman of the GRHH Co. for the betterment of my nation and the Empire in which I reside.
