Ahoy serfs and nobility alike,

I come bearing the news of the foundation of a new settlement in the south, The County of Arahn. As many of you know, my former liege, The Chairman, has relinquished his grip on me, and set me free as an Independent Count, much like himself when I first met him. But now, I come bearing a petition for recognition of this independent realm, by the Council of the Crowned.

As of 7/12/15, the location has been secured and identified as suitable for living and habitation, far away from the expansion of potential kingdoms, duchies, and other counties, this location is one of, if not, the most secluded areas on the map. There is however, an NPC village in the location which will serve as a "Lower" Arahn while the 'upper' part expands along the plains and small forests.

As of now, (7/15/15), Chairman and I have located the area and placed a portal down for ease of access, and some chests for supplies. I am very eager to begin building, and I hope you all make the right decision!
