Kybalia is the home of Casadians in the Old World. It was largely uninhabited when Casadians settled there. Surely you are mistaking it for something else? As for the guards, they are limited in number and are present to ensure the safety of Casadian observers. If you view a handful of guards as a threat, I fear it is you, not the Vulcite people, who cannot be reasoned with. With regards to the blockade of Casadia and the GRHH , it is not necessary. Casadia has no desire for conflict with Östlaed. The pair of vessels sent have since departed and bear no arms or defenses save those borne by the few guards on board. These are not vessels of war, nor are those on board given any permission to interfere in the conflict. They were sent merely to ensure that the casualties of this conflict are limited to those that choose to fight. |

I will no longer be vague. If Casadian weapons of ANY sort enter Laghiman lands through any medium, whether it be by air, sea, land, nether, or end, there will be a conflict. Casadia continues to support TERRORISTS that have damaged Laghiman infrastructure and insists on viewing them as victims of some sort. If the supporting of terrorists is the new Imperial standard, may the Great Creeper save us all. |

Casadia again invites the Östrons to join them as peaceful observers of the conflict. Our observers will travel unarmed and unguarded if they must, though if the Vulcites are truly as dangerous as we are made to believe, surely you would agree that a few guards would be advisable. Casadia has at no point supported the Vulcites. We merely believe that a peaceful solution can and should be pursued. We view both parties as guilty of unseemly acts and desire an end to this pointless conflict. We again volunteer to serve as mediators. And should a peaceful solution be unattainable, then we shall at least know that there was no way to save lives. |

ANNOUNCEMENT FROM NEW ISILIOTH ---------------------------------------------- After being informed of the current situation via an envoy from Östlaed, King Tiberius has pledged his support to Laghima. The Royal Isilioth Navy has been fully mobilized, with the 1st Fleet setting sail for the Southern waters of the Imperial Sea; along with Laghima's waters to protect Isilioth traders, with the 2nd Fleet patrolling the Isilioth coastline on the Imperial Sea. King Tiber has stated that the support of the Vulcite terrorists is unacceptable. The fact they are elves is not the inherent problem, but repeated attacks against Laghima have left no alternative; the terrorist group must be destroyed. Lest other foolish terrorist groups in the Empire strive to strike as well expecting protection from true justice. Any action taken to prevent the 1st Fleet from reaching Laghima waters will be immediately seen as hostile and met with lethal force. |

There is no peaceful solution. Casadia and the GRHH seek to negotiate with terrorists. Laghima and it's allies do not. The Laghiman Naval Guard will share information with Östlaed's fleet and the Isilioth 1st Fleet in order to safe guard our common interests. We will stand strong against terrorism. |

ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE ÖSTUR, EARLY HREDHMONATH, 532: Ealdorman Accynnafon has ordered the construction of an Östron fort near Vulca to examine the situation. The violence between both sides is more advanced than we anticipated. We are still not inviting Casadian forces nor any other nation's forces through the blockade. However, we will be making our reports public in the form of military envoys to the Casadian camps in the southern Imperial Sea and formal reports to the Council of the Crowned and the House of Dukes. While the Östrons, as humans, have trust issues with any Elf species, we are concerned at reports of violence against Vulcites that did not participate in violence against the Laghimans. Furthermore, early reports from the situation in Pyrencia indicate a very troublesome situation evolving between the Absalom and Azarn-Blodh nobility. Should that situation escalate, the Östfleot will likely retire from the situation in Laghima and allow a larger international presence to overlook the situation. |
