Lords and Ladies of the Mercurian Empire,

It brings me great pleasure to announce the ascension of Sir Kalo Auratavia to Count of Tiberford, New Isilioth. His contribution to the Kingdom has been immense, and I could not have asked for a better vassal. I hope you will join in the festivities in New Isilioth, as beer drinking, dancing, and general shenanigans are running rampant in the streets!

I would like to thank my king Tiber III, and all the people who travelled to my ceremony. This could not have happened without them. Thankfully this ascension did not end as gravely as in Wysteria (may those murdered rest in peace). I have great hope for the future.
