Personal Information I've played Minecraft for ~4 years, and throughout those 4 years I've mainly been playing on these roleplay-medieval type servers. Outside of video games, I'm 16 years old and I have many interests, including history, economics, and current politics. I also am a huge fan of Game of Thrones, which is one of the reasons why I chose this server. This server's lore and government system is a huge plus to me, as well as the custom made map! I hope, through playing on Hemertia, to have a fun and enjoyable time roleplaying and building. I found this server while browsing on the subreddit r/mcservers. Goals in Hemertia My character would like to find a suitable liege to serve, in a preferably small town as a sworn sword or guardsman. If that option doesn't work out (doubtful), I believe Anden would like to build his own home in a quiet forest (possibly a tavern) and slowly develop a settlement from there. Skills & Talents I believe that I am quite proficient in building. I used to look at many YouTube tutorials on how to build different styles of buildings, and from that I have been able to develop my own takes on them and apply them where needed. A town I've been working on another roleplay server only building remaining in tact in a town that was griefed I can also do redstone to a certain degree, but to be honest, I usually use tutorials for redstone. Lore As a child, Anden was treated with strict and harsh discipline from his parents. As the youngest brother of 4 siblings, life was all but easy. He would have no lands nor riches to inherit, no army behind his back to take his father's castle, and most important of all, his eldest brother hated him. By the time Anden's father died at the age of 47, Anden's eldest brother inherited his father's holdings, titles, and riches; and unsurprisingly, exiled Anden. With nothing but his house name to back him up, Anden decided to join the army. Unfortunately, 4 years into his service, Anden suffered a severe cut across his face, causing him to leave the army. Now penniless and crippled at the age of 41, Anden decided to travel to a completely new world. The Mercurian Empire. Welcome! I'll post a full reply tomorrow when i wake up but this is a great start to your application ! I always am pleased when someone's example starter lore doesn't involve them being the sole survivor of some horrific accident or murderois raid/battle :p Be sure to check this application multiple times tomorrow and beyond as replies come trickling in when people have a moment ! Personally I love mashed but all potatoes are good. Except those stupid cubed ones that some places have instead of hashbrowns.. Your application looks pretty solid though and I'm sure you'll get the votes you need in no time. For now have another ducal vote! |

Mashed potatoes = barf. Roast potatoes or chunky cut oven chips with parmesan and chilli flavouoring. Nice. Your builds look very good from what I have seen, plus you've demonstrated an ability to write and put some thought into it , you have my vote ! See you on in discord sometime soon! |
