You Spawn in Concordia which is in the top left corner of the world.
If you wish to explore Concordia you may, I believe, before Celestine is able to come up and get you. I can also assist, given our proximity to one another, I'll be your next-door neighbour!

Celestine lives in Hellasburg, which, if you can see on the map, is towards to the middle snowy region on the map. Just above the purple horizontal line.
